About the role

As a Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) you will deliver training and support for Solventum’s Health Information Systems software, both remotely and onsite, helping customers maximise the value of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

Introduce, demonstrate and train customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and related Revenue Cycle products using blended and adult learning techniques.
Deliver live classroom and web‑based sessions, contribute to asynchronous training materials, and support project implementations before and after go‑live.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of Health Information Management or clinical coding experience with diverse casemix exposure.
Eligible for full membership of the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).

Required skills

Clinical coding and Health Information Management expertise.
Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and implementation.
Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ (or similar HIS software).
