About the role
We are seeking a senior Solutions Architect to lead architecture across a large‑scale enterprise transformation programme covering customer, identity, billing, support, learning and data platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end solution architecture, governance, and target‑state alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, ensure architectural consistency and drive architecture governance processes (ARB, ADR, Design Authority).
Required profile
- Extensive experience in solution or enterprise architecture within enterprise transformation or platform consolidation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, vendors and delivery teams; TOGAF knowledge is desirable.
Required skills
- Zendesk
- Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)
- Billing platforms such as Zuora
- Databricks
- Enterprise integration and eventing platforms
- SSO, identity lifecycle management and permissions management
- API‑first and event‑driven architecture
- Architecture governance and data governance concepts
