Solutions Architect

About the role

Join DataMesh Group as a Solutions Architect and lead the technical direction of high‑performance, scalable platforms. You will work at the intersection of technology, product and business, turning ambitious ideas into secure, resilient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for core products, platforms and systems.
• Design secure, scalable and resilient solutions across cloud, data, application and platform infrastructure.
• Lead architectural decision‑making, balancing scalability, performance, security, reliability and commercial needs.
• Partner with engineering teams to guide solution design and ensure effective delivery.
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Significant experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise‑scale software solutions.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS, Azure or GCP and modern cloud architecture.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, containerisation, distributed systems and DevOps practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
