Solutions Architect – Integrations (Remote, Australia)

About the role

The Integration Team at Sardine connects customers with our fraud, risk and compliance platform. As a Solutions Architect you will own end‑to‑end implementations, bridging APIs, webhooks, data mapping and event‑driven workflows to deliver scalable integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to provide end‑to‑end onboarding support and ensure successful deployments.
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides and support materials.
• Analyze client requirements, design solutions and map data using deep knowledge of Sardine’s products.
• Manage implementation projects, monitor quality, timelines, mitigate risks and drive deliverables.
• Build a deep understanding of customers’ business problems and success criteria to tailor solutions.
• Provide product feedback to internal teams based on real‑world implementation experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect or systems analyst.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion.
• Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with API specifications (OpenAPI), web development and scripting tools.
