Solution Engineer

About the role

InEight is looking for a detail‑oriented Solution Engineer to join its Solution Engineering team. You will work closely with the Sales organization to guide construction and engineering clients through the presales process, showcase the value of InEight’s project management platform, and help convert prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects throughout the presales journey, from discovery calls to solution walkthroughs.
• Partner with Sales to capture client requirements and map them to appropriate InEight solutions.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and articulate the business value to key stakeholders.
• Participate in RFP responses, demos, and technical presentations.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to uncover expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Project Controls solutions in the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Based in a major metropolitan area to enable occasional face‑to‑face client meetings.
