About the role
The Solution Advisor – Coding partners with healthcare clients to optimise workflow, ensure adoption of Solventum products and act as a subject‑matter expert for coding solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform workflow discovery, configuration review and recommend best‑practice optimisation for assigned product lines.
- Advocate for clients by logging issues, escalating when needed and tracking key performance indicators.
- Own client relationships, coordinate interactions across the organisation and contribute to annual client satisfaction results.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of Health Information Management / clinical coding experience with diverse casemix.
- Eligible for full membership of the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA) and hold a current driver’s licence.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Clinical coding and Health Information Management expertise.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle workflows and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Auditing experience and ability to deliver training on coding standards.
