Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer

About the role

Solventum is seeking an Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems. You will work directly with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third‑party providers to ensure successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrations using HL7, FHIR, APIs and other interoperability standards.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer environments and translate requirements into implementation plans.
• Configure Solventum solutions to meet operational and clinical needs while following best practices.
• Lead validation, testing and go‑live readiness activities, supporting issue resolution and deployment.
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues and drive continuous improvement across products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years implementing, integrating or supporting healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience working directly with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders and third‑party vendors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Required skills

• HL7 v2.x, FHIR, API integration.
• Experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Oracle Health.
• Interface engines and integration platforms.
• SaaS deployments, cloud‑hosted solutions, networking fundamentals, identity management concepts.
• Root‑cause analysis and technical troubleshooting across applications and infrastructure.
