Solution Advisor - Coding

About the role

The Solution Advisor – Coding will partner with clients to discover workflows, ensure adoption, and deliver optimisation for Solventum product lines. You will act as a subject‑matter expert and advocate for customers while staying current with industry and product changes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to perform workflow discovery, adoption and advanced optimisation for assigned product lines.
• Conduct current‑state workflow and configuration reviews, suggest best‑practice workflow changes and track key performance indicators.
• Advocate for customers, log and escalate issues, and own client relationship coordination across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with diverse casemix.
• Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Current, valid driver’s licence and legally authorised to work in Australia without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Clinical coding and Health Information Management expertise.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and implementation.
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle processes.
• Auditing experience and related qualifications (e.g., La Trobe University Auditing Course).
