Software Engineer – Tempo Structure & Jira Data Centre

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with deep expertise in Tempo Structure and Atlassian Jira Data Centre. You will help our clients maximise the value of their Jira ecosystem by configuring advanced time‑tracking, resource planning and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Tempo Structure boards, columns, swimlanes and custom views.
• Manage and optimise Jira Data Centre instances, including project types, issue hierarchies and custom fields.
• Analyse unfamiliar Jira configurations to determine feasibility of new requests.
• Build specialised boards for quarterly planning, OKR tracking, capacity management and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to deliver reliable, high‑performance add‑on functionality.

Required profile

• Expert‑level knowledge of Tempo Structure configuration and management.
• Strong working experience with Atlassian Jira Data Centre architecture.
• Ability to quickly understand complex Jira setups and propose realistic solutions.
• Proven experience creating planning and management boards for large organisations.
