About the role
This position is for a Software Engineer on Cisco’s Product Sizing and Packaging (PSP) team, building internal and customer‑facing applications that generate optimal Splunk Enterprise Cloud infrastructure recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain features and APIs that deliver new value to customers.
- Develop backend systems that translate subscription data into accurate cloud infrastructure recommendations and automated deployment inputs.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to resolve critical customer issues and incidents.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies and ability to collaborate with multi‑functional teams.
