Software Engineer – Java/React Fullstack

About the role

As a Software Engineer at Objective you will design, build and maintain scalable SaaS solutions using Java and React. You will work within a collaborative capability team, contributing across the full stack while developing your technical skills under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and test new features across the full stack, ensuring product cohesion, stability and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality and standards, and support cloud‑native development on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Utilise containerisation, CI/CD pipelines and AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.

Required profile

• At least two years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine desire to learn.
