Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Software Engineer to help modernise, re‑platform and scale Eftsure’s fraud‑prevention SaaS platform. You will work closely with product owners, designers and other engineers to turn business requirements into reliable, high‑performance code.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to define requirements, plan sprints and deliver product features.
• Develop and execute unit and integration test cases, debug issues and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, suggest improvements and adopt new technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software design principles and ability to produce clean, maintainable code.
• Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, professionalism and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables and drive outcomes.

Required skills

• .NET development (C#)
• SQL database experience
• Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar)
