About the role
We are seeking a mid‑level Software Engineer to help modernise, re‑platform and scale Eftsure’s fraud‑prevention SaaS platform. You will work closely with product owners, designers and engineers to turn business requirements into reliable, high‑performance solutions that protect Australian B2B payments.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain .NET‑based services and APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to define requirements and plan delivery cycles.
- Debug issues, write and execute test cases, and ensure software quality.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and suggest improvements for performance, reliability and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
Required profile
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems.
- Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional teams and communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Professionalism, integrity and proactive engagement in delivering outcomes.
