Software Craftsperson – Node.js, React.js & AI (Remote, Australia)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Craftsperson to join a partner company’s remote engineering team in Australia. The role focuses on building high-quality, scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js and AI-enhanced development tools, while maintaining a strong craftsmanship mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain production-grade full-stack applications.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, including front-end, back-end services, infrastructure and deployment.
• Apply test-driven development, clean-code principles and continuous delivery practices.
• Collaborate through pair programming, code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with product teams to translate user needs into reliable solutions.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and a product-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working autonomously in an ownership-driven environment.
