Social Media Manager - Part time

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time freelance Social Media Manager to lead and grow the Instagram presence of a premium stationery brand that celebrates intentional living. Working closely with the founder, you will create calm, aesthetic content, manage a secondary Pinterest channel, and report on performance metrics. The role is remote‑friendly, with a preference for candidates based in Melbourne, and requires 10‑15 hours of work per month.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram and Pinterest.
• Create, film, and edit short‑form video Reels and other visual assets.
• Repurpose user‑generated content to align with brand guidelines.
• Write on‑brand copy for posts and captions.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key social media metrics.
• Collaborate with the founder to ensure content supports overall brand strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for premium or lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Preference for candidates based in Melbourne, though remote applicants are welcome.
• Available for approximately 10‑15 hours per month on an ongoing basis.
