Social Media Manager – eCommerce & Digital Brands

About the role

Altitude is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social strategy for a portfolio of high‑volume e‑commerce and digital retail brands. You will own the end‑to‑end process – from strategy and content creation to paid campaigns and influencer partnerships – and deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals, managing both organic and paid initiatives to maximise ROI.
• Create, publish and schedule high‑quality visual and copy content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Lead influencer marketing programmes, sourcing and managing partnerships to boost brand awareness.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate actionable insights and present regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with video, design and content teams, overseeing workflow, briefs and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management with successful paid campaigns handling spends of $20,000+ per month.
• Strong background in creating images, video and copy for social platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and influencer marketing.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative and detail‑oriented.
