Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Easygo is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to own and grow its presence across the APAC region. Based in Melbourne, you will work directly with the Social Media Manager to create platform‑native content, react to trends in real time, and drive engagement on TikTok, Instagram and X.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and publish engaging, on‑brand content for multiple markets.
• Pitch and produce reactive, trend‑driven posts that capture audience attention.
• Collaborate on creative briefs with the Social Media Manager and content creators.
• Monitor brand mentions, audience feedback and engagement opportunities.
• Respond to followers and nurture a strong online community.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement and growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and emerging social trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for social media trends and a genuine obsession with creating engaging content.

Required skills

• Familiarity with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X).
• Basic understanding of social media management tools.
