About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Assist in developing and executing social media and content marketing strategies.
• Write captions, blogs, newsletters, and website copy.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and support community management.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with designers and creators to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely publication.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Organisational and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
