Social Media & Content Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Coordinator to own our organic social presence and drive engaging storytelling across multiple platforms. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will take ideas from concept through production to publication, ensuring every piece reflects the portier brand and resonates with our community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organic social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Concept, shoot, edit and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories and campaign assets.
• Own and maintain the content calendar, injecting fresh ideas, trends and creative opportunities.
• Build and manage creator relationships through gifting and paid partnerships.
• Engage with the community, ensuring all interactions align with brand values.
• Monitor performance metrics, report results and continuously refine the content strategy.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media and content creation, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content you have concepted, filmed and edited.
• Exceptional eye for styling, visual storytelling and premium aesthetics.
• Proven experience working with influencers and creators.
• Proactive, organised and constantly generating fresh ideas.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Proficiency in managing content calendars and social media publishing tools.
