Social Media, Content & Community Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Social Media, Content & Community Coordinator to bring the SLICKHAIR brand to life across all digital platforms. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of our social strategy, engage our community, and support influencer and campaign initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and Substack in line with the global marketing calendar.
• Maintain and update the social media content calendar, write on‑brand captions, and monitor performance metrics.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates and viral content to keep our channels fresh.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to produce and deliver paid ad creatives.
• Respond to comments, direct messages and community questions, building authentic relationships.
• Escalate customer‑service issues when needed and ensure a positive online environment.
• Coordinate influencer gifting, source user‑generated content, and support photoshoots, events and brand activations.

Required profile

• Deep enthusiasm for social media, beauty trends and creator culture.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, high‑tempo environment.
• Proactive, organised and able to take ownership without waiting for direction.
• Enjoys collaborative office work and occasional travel for shoots and events.
• Positive, energetic and eager to help build a leading Australian beauty brand.
