Social Content Lead

About the role

The Social Content Lead will report to the Head of Social Media and partner closely with Social Media and Global Brand teams. You will own the global social content strategy from concept to delivery, shaping the brand’s voice, look and feel across every platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end social content strategies that drive virality and growth.
• Translate data, trends and performance insights into culturally relevant, platform‑native content.
• Lead a small team (2 interns, 1 coordinator) through mentorship, clear creative direction and efficient processes.
• Define and maintain the brand’s social tone of voice and ensure consistency across all outputs.
• Manage creator talent calendars, external creators and agency partners.
• Monitor platform performance and adjust plans to meet millennial and Gen Z audience expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience creating social content, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to spot trends early and translate them into compelling content ideas.
• Strong creative direction skills combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Experience leading small teams and communicating with clarity.
• Deep understanding of millennial and Gen Z media consumption habits.
