Social & Community Manager

About the role

As the Social & Community Manager you will lead fan engagement initiatives across digital and physical platforms, turning casual listeners into superfans. You will work closely with Artist Strategy and Marketing teams from the Sydney office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative fan‑engagement strategies for both online and offline touchpoints.
• Organise in‑person experiences such as listening parties, pop‑up events and activations.
• Build and grow active digital communities on Discord, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Design and launch personalised email and SMS campaigns.
• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for deeper fan conversion.
• Oversee social channel execution for Warner pages and artist accounts.
• Capture first‑party data through registrations, sign‑ups and competitions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in community management, fan engagement and campaign management within entertainment or music.
• Passion for connecting artists and fans through digital moments and physical events.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and act as primary contact for campaigns.
• Analytical mindset to interpret fan insights and improve performance.
