SOC Support Specialist

About the role

This entry‑level position serves as the bridge between Huntress partners/customers and our Security Operations Center (SOC). You will deliver high‑quality support, translate technical SOC actions into clear language, and help ensure partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Address partner security concerns with timely, informative responses.
• Explain complex SOC concepts in simple, digestible terms.
• Lead calls with partners to facilitate communication with the SOC team.
• Troubleshoot product issues and handle related support requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for partner needs and relay feedback to relevant teams.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and other support resources.

Required profile

• Strong passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, empathetic approach when supporting partners during security incidents.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks and work independently.
• Enthusiastic team player who embraces change and evolving environments.

Required skills

• MSP or Help Desk experience.
• Microsoft 365 / Entra experience.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Basic familiarity with SIEM tooling.
