Sleep Coach / Sales Assistant (Casual)

About the role

This casual, customer‑focused position supports sleep health outcomes in ResMed’s Yokine clinic. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with sleep challenges, providing empathetic guidance and education.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in‑store and by phone, understand their needs and provide personalised support.
• Set up equipment, fit masks, and coach customers on safe, effective use.
• Investigate and resolve therapy‑related concerns, process sales and payments, and manage stock levels.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising and trial stock, reordering when required.
• Complete product training and stay up to date on ResMed solutions.
