About the role

Join the new MECCA store at Castle Towers as a Skin Specialist, helping to build the team from day one and delivering personalised skin consultations and product recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert skin consultations and recommend suitable products.
• Perform relaxing facials and other skin services for customers.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure an exceptional overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of skincare products and ingredient benefits.
• Ability to create memorable, personalised experiences for customers.
• Inclusive, team‑spirited attitude with a can‑do mindset.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of skincare product ingredients and their effects.
• Experience delivering skin consultations and facial treatments (beauty therapy qualification desirable but not required).
