About the role
Join MECCA’s new Joondalup store as a Skin Specialist, providing expert skincare advice and services to customers. You’ll work with top global brands and benefit from continuous education through MECCAversity and skin summits.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the in‑store expert on all skincare products, guiding customers to the best solutions for their needs.
- Conduct skin consultations and deliver relaxing facial treatments.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure an exceptional overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven knowledge of skincare products and ingredient benefits.
- Ability to create memorable, personalized moments for customers.
- Team‑oriented, inclusive attitude with a can‑do mindset.
- A beauty therapy qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
