Skilled Production Team Member – Manufacturing (Shepparton)

About the role

We are expanding our manufacturing team at Pental’s Shepparton plant, the largest Australian producer of bar soaps, liquid bleach and firelighter cubes. As a Skilled Production Team Member you will operate automated filling lines, support changeovers and help deliver high‑quality products to our customers every day.

Key responsibilities

• Operate automated liquid filling and packing lines.
• Perform machine changeovers and line set‑ups according to production schedules.
• Participate in Lean and continuous‑improvement project teams.
• Carry out GMP and 5S activities at the machine centre.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with chemical blending experience.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP and Lean principles.
• Ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot issues and maintain detailed production documentation.
• Valid forklift licence.
