Site Supervisor – Modular Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead modular installation projects across Western Australia. You will manage teams, subcontractors and ensure safe, efficient delivery of high‑quality residential and commercial builds.

Key responsibilities

• Lead modular installation teams, subcontractors and site activities across statewide projects.
• Coordinate deliveries, logistics, labour and installation timelines.
• Maintain HSEQ compliance, quality standards and safe work practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support effective project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and progress reviews.
• Review drawings and documentation to ensure project readiness.
• Support client handovers and defect resolution when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in modular construction delivery, installation or residential site supervision.
• Strong ability to manage trades, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence interpreting construction drawings and managing project timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of HSEQ requirements and workplace safety standards.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays.
