Site Supervisor

About the role

Multiplex is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead subcontractor teams on data‑centre projects in the Sydney Metropolitan area. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety, quality and schedule targets are met, and supporting the Site Manager with progress updates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractor teams on‑site.
• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities and schedule short‑term work programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and time standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and the Site Manager to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a safe work environment.
• Manage activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on mid to large‑scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of structures, steel, fit‑out, finishes and services.
• In‑depth knowledge of building and construction trades, supported by relevant experience or qualifications.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.
