Site Supervisor

About the role

Lendlease is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to lead daily construction activities on projects located north of the city. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and the broader construction team while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and manage on‑site personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade crews.
• Develop and maintain short‑term construction programmes.
• Monitor project costs and report variances.
• Oversee quality assurance, health, safety and environmental (EHS) compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager on large‑scale projects (ideally > $50 million).
• Experience managing technical building structures and associated trades.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to organise teams and work effectively under pressure.
