Site Supervisor - Geomembrane Installation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead geomembrane installation projects across Australia. In this hands‑on role you will manage site crews, coordinate daily operations and ensure that work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and site safety activities.
• Arrange plant, equipment, materials and site logistics.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety and productivity targets.
• Liaise with Project Managers and clients.
• Prepare site reports, documentation and QA records.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising construction or installation crews.
• Strong understanding of geomembrane installation and welding processes.
• White Card and relevant site tickets.
• Proven leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to work across varied locations and rosters.
