Site Supervisor / Foreman – Civil Construction (Sydney)

About the role

Join leading civil contractors in Sydney as a Site Supervisor or Foreman, overseeing daily operations on a variety of infrastructure projects. You will manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of site activities across stormwater & drainage, early development works, and concreting & infrastructure projects.
• Supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain rigorous safety and quality protocols on all works.
• Read and interpret construction plans to schedule and direct site tasks.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and report to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a civil construction site supervisor or foreman.
• Demonstrated background delivering diverse civil works (stormwater, drainage, piping, concreting, road infrastructure).
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety‑first mindset.
