Site Supervisor – Fitout & Finishes (Immediate Start)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead fit‑out and finishes works on a high‑profile $100 million education development in Perth. You will work closely with site and project managers to ensure the programme stays on track and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all internal trades and finishes activities on site.
• Drive the programme and sequencing of fit‑out packages.
• Manage subcontractors to achieve quality, safety and delivery targets.
• Coordinate inspections, defect tracking and quality‑assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, WHS requirements and builder standards.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and Project Managers to resolve site issues efficiently.
• Maintain focus on detail, finishes quality and handover readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or education fit‑out projects.
• Strong background in internal trades and high‑quality finishes.
• Ability to drive subcontractors and maintain programme under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on defect‑free delivery.
• Solid communication and coordination skills.
