Site Supervisor - Civil

About the role

Wormall Civil, one of Western Australia's largest civil land and subdivision developers, is looking for Site Supervisors for various projects in the Southwest (Bunbury / Busselton area). Reporting to the Construction Manager, the supervisor promotes and maintains a safe work environment, ensures compliance with legal requirements and coordinates with Project Managers to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the project manager, architects, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders so the project progresses as planned.
• Create and implement a project plan, including scheduling work, allocating resources and setting up quality control procedures.
• Prepare reports and analyse data on health, safety, environment and quality performance of construction sites.
• Give regular progress updates, address concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Provide administrative support to WHSEQ.
• Lead teams by delegating tasks, monitoring performance and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in civil construction.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Valid WA driver's licence.
• Cert IV in Civil Construction (or working towards).
• White Card / Construction Card and a supervisory qualification (or working towards).
• Incident investigation experience; first aid qualification is beneficial.
