Site Services Superintendent

About the role

Boss Energy is looking for an experienced Site Services Superintendent to lead critical support functions at the Honeymoon Mine Site in South Australia. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for administration, travel and mobilisation, mine village operations and warehousing/logistics, ensuring safe, reliable and cost‑effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end travel and transport for site personnel, including roster and accommodation coordination.
• Manage Adelaide‑Honeymoon air charter logistics, ensuring compliance, service quality and cost control.
• Lead mine village service delivery across catering, cleaning and accommodation standards.
• Hold contractors accountable to safety, contract KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Run warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory and coordinate freight to and from the site.
• Oversee road and land access management, maintaining relationships with key government stakeholders.
• Support site priorities and improvement projects as directed by the General Manager.

Required profile

• Valid working rights in Australia and ability to pass pre‑employment medical and national police check.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience providing support services within the mining industry.
• Administration Management qualification (highly regarded).
• Strong experience coordinating travel, accommodation, logistics and warehousing.
• Proven ability to manage service providers, contracts and resolve operational challenges.
• Current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Competency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using logistics and travel management systems.
