Site Reliability Engineer – AWS, DevOps & Cloud Platform

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join a high‑performing technology team. The role focuses on designing, building, and operating reliable, secure, and scalable cloud services using modern AWS environments and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency, reliability and security.
• Support and optimise AWS‑hosted platforms, websites, backend APIs and cloud services.
• Monitor system health, investigate incidents and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Drive improvements in performance, availability and scalability of the platform.
• Collaborate with developers, security specialists and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Contribute to infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives and document operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing automation through scripting or programming.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud operations.
• Hands‑on experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools, especially Terraform.
• Solid troubleshooting, incident management and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of security best practices across code, infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
