Site & Project Engineers / Supervisors – Major Building & Civil Projects

About the role

Take full ownership of a section of works on major building and civil projects across Wagga Wagga, Canberra and the ACT. Work with award‑winning contractors on high‑value, diverse projects while progressing toward senior engineering or project‑management positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver civil and building projects valued at $5M+.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams to ensure programme and quality delivery.
• Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting and compliance.
• Maintain strict OH&S, environmental and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Experience on projects valued $5M+ across building, civil or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong leadership, team coordination and communication abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
• Planning and organisational competence for large‑scale works.
