Site Manager/Foreman – Remedial Construction

About the role

Partnering with a well‑established remedial construction company, this role leads high‑quality building repair, restoration and remediation projects across South East Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage remedial building projects from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and day‑to‑day site operations.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, defects and site challenges.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate site logistics, materials, equipment and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years' experience in a Site Manager, Foreperson or supervisory role within remedial construction.
• Strong understanding of remedial building methods, façade remediation, waterproofing, structural repairs and building restoration projects.
• Relevant trade qualification (e.g., carpentry) or construction‑related background.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Current driver’s licence.
