Site Manager – Residential Land Lease Projects

About the role

AVID Property Group is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead on‑site construction activities for its land‑lease residential community at Logan Reserve, Queensland. This permanent, full‑time role requires hands‑on leadership to ensure homes are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on a daily basis.
• Interpret building plans, regulations, and relevant codes of practice.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and conduct quality control inspections.
• Maintain site documentation, reporting, and liaise with clients, inspectors, and senior management.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Current Builders/Supervisors Licence.
• Proven experience delivering medium‑density residential projects, preferably in land‑lease communities.
• Experience in fast‑paced, volume housing environments.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
