Site Manager - Packforce

About the role

Packforce is a commercial packing and production business powered by Cerebral Palsy Alliance, providing meaningful employment for people with disability while delivering packing, labelling, assembly, rework and fulfilment services. The Site Manager leads the team at the Wetherill Park site and runs a sustainable commercial enterprise of packing, assembly and labelling contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial packing services and client/supported employee requirements to maintain and grow a sustainable business in line with CPA's strategy
• Manage a team so that client and supported employee daily and employment needs are met
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and commercial customers
• Work with the Operations Supervisor and support staff to manage both commercial contracts and supported employees
• Monitor and manage expenditure to achieve financial and performance targets within budget
• Keep staff training, compliance and assessment requirements up to date
• Maintain client and staff data, work orders and roster schedules in software systems

Required profile

• Experienced people and operations leader who balances commercial outcomes with a supportive workplace
• Experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
• Experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Demonstrated experience in performance management, coaching and developing employees
• Strong client relationship management and ability to balance operational, people and commercial priorities

Required skills

• Strong rostering and workforce planning experience
• Confident with systems such as rostering, CRM and human resource management software
