Site Manager – Luxury Apartments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of medium‑rise luxury apartment projects up to 10 storeys across Brisbane. You will work closely with the Project Manager and on‑site teams to ensure safe, on‑time, and high‑quality construction from structure through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations for medium‑rise residential and mixed‑use developments.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to meet programme milestones.
• Maintain WHS compliance and promote a safe working environment.
• Oversee quality assurance, ensuring defect‑free project delivery.
• Conduct site meetings, stakeholder coordination, and site logistics planning.
• Monitor productivity, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop on‑site teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering residential or mixed‑use projects up to 10 storeys.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing.
• Excellent subcontractor management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to drive programme outcomes while maintaining quality standards.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid QBCC Site Supervisor Licence and current White Card.
