Site Manager

About the role
Unita is seeking experienced Site Managers to lead commercial fit‑out projects across Perth and surrounding areas. You will own day‑to‑day site delivery, coordinating trades, managing sequencing and logistics, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to keep work flowing smoothly.
- Maintain site safety, organization, and daily discipline.
- Monitor progress against programme and report risks or issues early.
- Resolve buildability or coordination challenges promptly.
- Ensure workmanship and finishes meet Unita’s quality expectations.
- Manage material deliveries and site logistics efficiently.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit‑out projects.
- Strong ability to plan sequencing, logistics and site activity.
- Proactive problem‑solver who identifies issues before they impact delivery.
- Clear communicator with trades and stakeholders.
- Focused on quality, safety and client experience.
- Calm under pressure and able to maintain control of the site environment.
