Site Manager

About the role

As a Site Manager with SHAPE, you will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of construction projects across Adelaide, ensuring that programmes stay on track while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily site delivery and coordinate multiple trades.
• Maintain programme momentum and manage schedule adjustments.
• Ensure safety, quality and communication standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and broader project team.
• Deliver complex projects in live environments, interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Uphold EHSQ principles and site safety practices.

Required profile

• Proven site management experience in commercial fit‑out projects.
• Delivery experience on projects ranging from $700k to $15M+.
• Strong ability to read and apply construction documentation.
• Solid understanding of site safety and EHSQ practices.
• Collaborative leadership style that builds strong relationships on site.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach in fast‑paced environments.
• Organised and safety‑focused with the confidence to manage multiple trades.
