Site Manager – Health Project

About the role

Hansen Yuncken is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high‑profile health construction project in Taree, NSW. You will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver the construction programme for a large‑scale health facility.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including subcontractor performance and resource allocation.
• Maintain and improve the construction schedule with minimal supervision.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Recent Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience as a Site Manager within a main‑contractor environment.
• Proven ability to lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage large‑scale projects and run daily site operations independently.
