Site Manager – Concrete & Brick

About the role

Campbell Property Group (CPG) is looking for a Concrete Site Supervisor to join the Clarendon Homes team, overseeing residential construction projects across Northern Sydney, Hunter Valley and Newcastle. This hands‑on role will lead site teams to deliver high‑quality builds safely, on time and within budget, and offers a pathway to a Site Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high‑quality residential builds safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage all aspects of the construction process from site start through to handover.
• Ensure compliance with WHS standards, building codes and company policies.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and contractors to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Monitor costs, productivity and progress to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, trades and colleagues to ensure a positive building experience.

Required profile

• Experience in residential construction with a strong trade background (concreting, carpentry, bricklaying or general construction) and ambition to become a Site Manager.
• Strong leadership ability to coach, guide and inspire site teams.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, trades and colleagues.
• Solutions‑focused mindset with a drive to achieve results.
