Site Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across multiple work fronts in Sydney, managing site supervisors, subcontractors, crews and plant operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations across civil projects.
• Coordinate supervisors, crews, subcontractors and plant equipment.
• Ensure works are delivered to specification, program and quality standards.
• Maintain strong safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, local councils and TfNSW representatives.
• Drive productivity and maintain effective site coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Senior Supervisor or Civil Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure construction.
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors on active civil sites.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage construction programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience on council or TfNSW projects is highly regarded.
• Current Australian driver licence, White Card and full Australian working rights.
