Site Manager – $100M Premium Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a $100 million premium residential development in South Brisbane. The project comprises a medium‑rise apartment building delivered across three stages, with stage 1 already under way (basement construction).

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations from early stages through to completion.
• Coordinate and manage multiple trades and subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance on‑site.
• Develop and update programme schedules, monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with the builder’s senior team to deliver the project within budget and scope.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering residential apartment or medium/high‑density projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with subcontractors.
• Proactive approach to programming, quality control and safety management.
• Confidence to manage projects from structural works through to handover.
