Site Lead (Australia) - TS/SCI with Polygraph

About the role

GDIT is looking for a Site Lead for an OCONUS site in Australia. The Site Lead has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the site, including implementing procedures and controls, planning and directing program execution, and monitoring and reporting progress. The role is full-time and onsite at a Government facility, with 40 scheduled weekly hours and 10-25% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise program operations, plan and direct program execution, and monitor and report progress
• Perform Tier 3 sustainment of GT antennas, including root cause analysis, fixes and documentation updates
• Develop, test, verify and distribute configuration changes to the GT operational baseline, with client approval of timelines
• Maintain B-level and C-level system specifications, interface control documents and other baseline documentation
• Manage GT antenna spares, obsolete equipment, calibration and long-term analyses, and coordinate procurement of parts and materials
• Escalate issues to vendors providing Tier 4 support and augment T2 sustainment for software and hardware anomalies
• Maintain COOP readiness for GT operations and support SE/SI activities

Required profile

• Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph, currently held or obtainable; US citizenship required
• 8+ years of related experience
• BA/BS or equivalent technical education, training or expertise
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams and coordinating day-to-day site operations
• Experience coordinating with Government personnel, program leadership, technicians, engineers, vendors and higher-tier support
• Experience in 8x5 operational environments and special metrology projects

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of antenna/RF systems, signal paths, communications equipment, GT interfaces and test equipment
• Advanced fault isolation, failure analysis and root-cause analysis
• Configuration management, technical baseline control and maintenance documentation
• Ability to guide less experienced personnel
