Site Engineer – Remedial Works (Kalgoorlie)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our growing regional team in Kalgoorlie, WA. The role involves delivering specialist remedial and civil works on critical infrastructure projects, with accommodation and a vehicle provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of remedial works on site.
• Review drawings, specifications and scopes to ensure accurate delivery.
• Support daily site activities alongside supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as ITPs, SWMS, reports and progress updates.
• Support cost tracking, procurement and programme management.
• Maintain safety standards and embed safety practices on site.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience with concrete repair, structural strengthening or remedial works is highly regarded.
• Practical, hands‑on mindset with strong problem‑solving instincts.
• Willingness to be based in Kalgoorlie (not a FIFO arrangement).
• Confident communicator with site teams and stakeholders.
