Site Engineer – Remedial Works (Kalgoorlie)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our Kalgoorlie team, delivering specialist remedial and civil works for critical infrastructure. The role is site‑based, with accommodation and a vehicle provided to support regional living.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating remedial works on‑site.
• Review drawings, specifications and scopes to ensure accurate delivery.
• Support daily site activities alongside supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as ITPs, SWMS, reports and progress updates.
• Assist with cost tracking, procurement and programme management.
• Promote and maintain safety standards throughout the site.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Willingness to be based in Kalgoorlie on a long‑term basis.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and practical, hands‑on approach.
• Effective communication with site teams and stakeholders.
